Dee W. Smith
Weber County Attorney
Dee became the Weber County Attorney on May 15, 2009. He was appointed as County Attorney by the Weber County Commission. Dee began his legal career with the Weber County Attorney’s Office in February of 1998. He left in July of 2002 to enter private practice. He was a partner in the firm of Allen, Richards, Pace & Smith at the time of his appointment to be the County Attorney.
Dee has a B.S. from Weber State University and a J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. He lives with his wife and four children in South Ogden.
